EvolveDaily was built with college students in mind. Our platform focuses on the unique challenges of higher education, career development, and adult life management.

No Adult or Inappropriate Content

We want to be clear: EvolveDaily contains no adult themes, mature content, or age-restricted material. Our app focuses on:

  • Physical wellness and fitness tracking
  • Mental wellness and journaling
  • Academic task management
  • Career development and job applications
  • Spiritual wellness (optional devotionals)
  • Productivity tools and focus tracking

All content is appropriate for all ages. The 18+ requirement is not about content restrictions.

Why We Require 18+

As a small startup launching our first application, we're committed to building responsibly while learning and growing. Here's why we've set an 18+ requirement:

1. Legal Complexity

Supporting users under 18 requires compliance with strict regulations like COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar laws worldwide. These laws mandate specific parental consent mechanisms, data handling practices, and additional safeguards.

2. Parental Controls & Oversight

Properly supporting minors requires implementing comprehensive parental control systems, age-appropriate content filtering, and robust oversight mechanisms. As a new team, we haven't yet built the infrastructure to manage these requirements responsibly.

3. Data Privacy & Protection

Children's data requires heightened protection measures and different privacy standards. We want to ensure we have the proper systems, policies, and expertise in place before taking on that responsibility.

4. Learning & Growing

This is our first application, and we're still learning the legal, technical, and operational requirements of running a platform at scale. We want to do things right rather than rush to support all age groups without proper safeguards.

We understand that productivity and wellness tools can benefit students of all ages. As EvolveDaily grows and matures, we're committed to:

  • Potentially expanding access to users under 18 in the future, when we can do so responsibly
